Built On Honest Work, From Day One
Royce Automotive opened its doors in Lancaster, PA in 2020 — just months before the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped daily life for everyone. It wasn't the easiest time to start a business, but that challenge shaped who we are: a team that shows up, adapts, and puts honest service ahead of everything else.
What began as a small, locally owned shop has grown into a trusted name for auto repair in Lancaster — built one honest repair and one satisfied customer at a time. We're not a chain or a franchise. We're your neighbors, and we treat every car that comes through our doors like it's our own.

Remon brings more than 14 years of experience in the automotive industry, having previously run a car dealership and auto repair business. He oversees daily operations at Royce Automotive with a hands-on commitment to honest service, fair pricing, and clear communication from start to finish.

Marco leads Royce Automotive's vehicle sales side, helping customers find quality, reliable vehicles backed by the same honest, transparent approach that defines our service department. He works closely with our technicians to make sure every vehicle we sell meets our standards.

With over 25 years of hands-on mechanical experience, Dan leads our technical team — from routine maintenance to complex engine, transmission, and electrical diagnostics. There's very little Dan hasn't seen, and he brings that experience to every vehicle in the bay.
